Steps for Getting a China Visa through Paciasia Travel: 

  1. Determine the appropriate visa type for your visit;

    Visa Type Description
    F Issued to an alien who is invited to China for a visit, an investigation, a lecture, to do business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges, short-term advanced studies or intern practice for a period of no more than six months.
    L Issued to an alien who comes to China for sightseeing, family visiting or other private purposes
    X Issued to an alien who comes to China for study, advanced studies or intern practice for a period of more than six months.
    Z Issued to an alien who comes to China for a post or employment, and his or her accompanying family members

  2. Download and fill the China Visa Application Form
  3. Check the Chinese Embassy fee schedule and determine the amount for visa application;

  4. Download and fill the Paciasia Visa Processing Form and determine the Paciasia Travel service fee (Note: for multi-entry valid for 24 months, additional $20 will be charged):

  5. Check your passport to make sure that  1) it has at least one blank Visa page, 2) it has at least 6 months from your scheduled travel date to expiring date; 3) if it is a new passport, the old one must be sent together; 4) for child passport, you must send a birth certificate  
  6. If you are paying with check or money order, make it payable to: Paciasia Travel ;
  7. Mail these two form along with your passport using FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or Registered Mail to:

  8. Make sure that you REGISTER so that you can track your visa status. . Please write down the PPR number on your envelop and keep a record for yourself. You will be able to track the status of your visa application online with the PPR number.

  9. Please be advised that your passport will not be available to you during the visa application process. It could take up to 3 weeks for regular service and 7 days for express service.
